it had excellent and incredible location, the place was close to kyoto city centre. a market and shopping streets were right next door. the breakfast had a wide range of pastries and eggs.

The room was warm and new-fashioned with smoke detectors for my safety. The location was fantastic and marvellous for traveling around Kyoto, really close to Teramachi Market, and the centre of Kyoto-city. There was Okudohan Kogomachi not very far from the hotel.

prince smart inn was a delightful surprise, exceeding my expectations. the location was perfect, staff was exceptional, and the included breakfast was a nice touch. loved the easy access to nearby attractions and the hotel's great atmosphere. highly recommend!

Inconvenient to see the train station further than expected. The hotel had un-hygienic paper cups for water and needed better options for glasses to be provided.
