Strongly recommend for a holiday

Modern hotel, cozy atmosphere, with excellent air conditioning and convenient laundry facilities that made my stay enjoyable, allowing me to explore lovely shops and cafes just a couple of minutes away while also being able to easily park my bicycle.

Breakfast choices need reconsideration, no cotton tips or makeup pads provided!!! Sunset views would be great if windows weren’t sealed tight!!! A few more amenities would elevate the experience!!!

Loved the tiny room but struggled with the long wait for laundry machines.

The room was equipped with excellent counter space and had a separate area for the toilet and shower, featuring a luxurious rain showerhead that made my stay very comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast was rather minimal, consisting of just two pieces of bread, a hardboiled egg, and a small scoop of potato salad, which left me wanting more satisfying options.

Prince is located on a quieter street, making it peaceful despite being near the vibrant Nishiki Market. The breakfast provided a convenient start to the day with choices of beverages and light items. Additionally, the walk to the metro was lengthy and not ideal under the hot weather.

I stayed in the Standard Double Room and it felt super spacious, way more room than I expected. The shower was a total highlight with so many cool features and a great rain showerhead. I loved being able to control the temperature in the room. It was really quiet, definitely no noise issues like in other places I’ve been. Could’ve used a bit more storage, though. I ended up tossing clothes on the other bed. But overall, it was comfy and clean!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Prince Smart Inn Kyoto Sanjo. The location was perfect, just minutes from Nishiki Market and various delightful cafes. The room was modern and spacious, featuring an advanced shower with relaxing jets, it felt like a small luxury.

Breakfast options were limited.

The location was fantastic, just a stroll away from shops and restaurants. Rooms offered great air conditioning, ensuring comfort. However, the breakfast was basic and lacked variety, which was somewhat disappointing.
